Wide windows overlooking the old port of the city, pictures evoking the theme of wine, lighting designed to the smallest detail, a central fireplace always lit, paintings and high ceilings. In a balanced mix of classical and contemporary, the wine bar is the space dedicated to wine&food. Open for breakfast, aperitifs and dinner. Tables may be booked, or a quick snack can be ordered to eat in the lounge chairs or at the bar. Alternatively, Room Service is available for ordering meals to be brought to the bedroom.
Croissants, cakes, homemade jams, honey, cereal, smoothies… locally selected products to begin the day with gusto and energy. Breakfast is served from 7 am to 10 am, and includes savoury dishes.
From Verdicchio to Rosso Conero, a wide range of regional labels – some of them biological. They tell something about this territory and its identity, starting with the Umani Ronchi wines, in close partnership with our Hotel. There is a selection of international wines and cocktails, from well-known ones to the most creative innovations. Accompanied by a few light but tasty choices, from mini hamburgers to “cicchetti”, nibbles for before or after dinner. From 6 pm onwards!
The chef’s proposals change with the seasons. Local ingredients are used to make dishes of international inspiration. From club sandwiches to quality hamburgers, morsels that are always tasty and varied, fruit of the chef’s creative flair. Alongside the dishes from the kitchen there is always a wide selection of local and national brands, with additional variations from further afield.
